Before our big party this past weekend, I had to make a last minute run to the gas station to pick up extra ice. As I approached the ice box I noticed that it looked a lot more colorful than usual. It was wrapped in an advertisement for a new energy drink. I hadn’t seen anything like it before so I snapped a photo before I left.
After the party I still couldn’t get the advertisement out of my head. I went online and found out that what I saw is called a Frozen Billboard. It’s one of a few unique outdoor advertising methods that essentially creates a three-dimensional street presence in a location where nearly everyone has to go – the gas station.
